The first time I dined at the Saltgrass Steak House with my family I ordered a T-bone steak. For $22+ I expected a far better cut of beef with a size to match the price. I was disappointed to say the least. Add this to the unacceptably long period of time that we were required to wait for the wait staff to take our order and then arrive with our food (some 50 minutes later) and you have the ingredients for a poor restaurant review. After sharing my disappointment with the manager on duty my family and I were greeted with a `free dessert coupon` to be used on our next visit. After a few choice-convincing words with the manager he was later persuaded to deduct a reasonable percentage from our bill. As for the `free dessert coupon`, we enjoyed it one evening after dining at a far superior steak house closer to home...in our own backyard.
